I am an Intuitive Inter-Dimensional Healing Artist. I offer life changing experiences through various spiritual and fine art methods, as a conduit for the Higher Realms wisdoms and guides, a yoga teacher trainer, a musician, and an innovate Sacred Movement therapist and Indian classical dancer.

My life has been dedicated to discovering how to Be Bliss, my name Anandashakti that was given to me my one of my spiritual mentors means the Divine Bliss Power. A spiritual name is meant to express ones greatest gift in life and inspire one to walk that path. It has always felt natural aspire in towards life as bliss and to to live in authentic service to our Human experience and devotion to Creation by embodying without a doubt Only Love Is Real !

My awakening came early in my life with spontaneous gifts that showed me that life is energy, and can be changed in ways that serve our greatest joy and in fact, it is meant to be!

My great delight is to share my experience of awakening with others who are aspiring to know they are Love. I have had the immense honour of spontaneous awakenings and receiving spiritual initiations and blessings by many great masters in the Americas and in my Beloved India. I am a devotee of LOVE in the many forms it has expressed itself throughout the spiritual histories of the West and the East, with a special calling towards the Divine Feminine, Goddess, or Shakti principle and it is in Her service and inspiration of love and compassion that I act.

I’ve been offering support as an Intuitive, since 2003 I have assisted thousands of clients, out of limiting and painful life experiences and believe systems. and into health and joyful living. I call this offering Choose Love Karmic Readings, Core Soul Story Sessions.

For every Human Being there is a Living Library that records all of their experiences, from this lifetime and past life’s. In India this is called the Akashic Records. Within the Records lives a imprint or story called the Core Soul Story or in Sanskrit the Core Samscara. It is an unresolved experience that has created a deep imprint or belief system that is fear based in its nature. This Imprint is the ‘seed’ or ‘root’ cause of all the other limited experiences we have, whether the are health related , emotional, physical, or situational . The amazing truth is we don’t have to live out this story ! This is the art of life and true Soul freedom.

In the Core Soul Story Session, through Higher Realm Guidance we discover your ‘Soul’s Gift’ which is your free and loving self, and we uncover the ‘Core Story Wound ’, the past life imprint that is creating the obstructions you are currently experiencing. Through deepened Awareness, Choice and Higher Frequency energies we activate the process of releasing your identity from the Core Wound , and activating your Soul’s Gift as your new life path.

Choose Love Karmic Readings will support you to connect to your innate Divinity, Wisdom and your ability to Choose Love not Fear, which will assist you in releasing that which is no longer serving your higher good while activating the ‘Gift’ you are here to live. As an Intuitive, I receive guidance from Higher Realms, that I share during the Readings, and in Poetry, Yoga and the Music that I offer. Each of these modalities will assist you in shifting your fears and limitations into your ‘I Am Love ‘presence, and into embracing your full potential.

I have been leading Sananda Yoga teacher training courses since 2004 in Toronto and Internationally, At Sananda Yoga, as well as offering classical esoteric yoga, we specialize in The Feminine Art of Yoga. The Feminine Art of Yoga offers Deep Empowerment for Women in all of their natural expressions : Strength, Grace, Spiritual Awakening, Vibrancy, Compassion, Love, One Pointed Focus, Revelry, Tender Heartedness, Intelligence, Divine Moods and more. Each awakened expression becomes the Crucible for your Evolution in Freedom of  Expression In Body, Mind, Heart, Beauty, and in your Womb Wisdom.

We also teach a specialized form of yoga called Kriya Prayer Flows, which open the body/mind to moods or states that are the foundational pillars of spiritual awakening. Devotion, Faith and Inspiration. The flows are named Bhakti Shakti, Shraddha Shakti, and Divya Shakti.

I lead life awakening retreats and tours to choice destinations in the world, for example: The Sublime Shakti Tours to India, an absolute delight! A journey through India to the some of the most potent Goddess Temples in India, while learning yoga, meditation and chanting along the way.

I have a history in the punk music scene and Love Power the Band is the name of my current band. We perform interactive music and Kirtan to activate your Festival of Life. In a Lover Power the Band performance we share what we call. Interactive Music. The audience has a part of the song, not just repeating lines but their own section of the song to hold down. We do this to enhance the experience of Oneness, because we believe we are ONE, ONE HEART, ONE BREATH, ONE SONG ,ONE BEAT, ONE DANCE.

Dancing has always been one of my passions. I dance where ever and whenever I can… I love freestyle and am also trained in Indian Classical dance, a true dance of the Soul.
